Bench Press (135/95)
Strict Pull Ups
*500m bike erg, 200m Run, or 250m row after each set

Coach’s Notes:

  • Do 10 bench press, 10 pull ups, cardio of choice. Then 9 bench, 9 pullups, cardio. Continue on in this pattern until you get to 1.

  • Choose a weight on the bench press that is on the light/moderate side that you can rep out.
