Katie loves to train, compete, and coach- but most of all, she loves the process or working toward big goals and encouraging others to do the same.

    • Owned, operated, and Head Coach of a CrossFit affiliate for over a decade. Programmed workouts for the entire gym community for ten years.

A NOTE FROM KATIE

My vision is to create a personal gym/gathering space built for community building and shared experiences.

I love training, coaching, and being around others who are pushing themselves to be their best.

I’ve seen what shared “suffering” through training can do for building relationships and forming stronger teams.

My vision for Relentless HQ is a space where our friends, family, and business team can come together to enjoy the benefits of training and camaraderie that comes through it.

I’m not looking to start another paid-for gym… this is a way to pursue my passion and purpose and hopefully cultivate positive experiences for people in our lives.

I’m excited for this vision to come to life and to share it with others.
