Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes - there’s a big jump from the 10K to the 6-hour challenge. But the 6-hour event is about challenging yourself.
You can: go for 2 hours, push for 3, see if you can make it to 4, or go for all 6 hours .
The goal is to challenge yourself, and for some- to strive go further than you’ve gone before. You can move at your pace. Take breaks if you need to. And keep going as long as you want/can.
That’s the spirit of the challenge.
This event is also about being around people who enjoy the same things: getting outside, working hard, pushing their limits, and supporting each other.
