A timed trail run on a 5K looped course- a mix of access roads and single track on a fully closed course.

10K (two loops), or
6 Hours (as many loops as possible)-
push your limits and see how far you can go in 6-hours
Run it or ruck it- separate divisions, all on the same course.

STEP 1:
CHOOSE YOUR DISTANCE
5K: One loop. Great for first-timers, fast runners, and anyone who wants to send it.
10K:Two loops. The sweet spot - competitive, challenging, and super doable.
Relentless 6-Hour Endurance Challenge: Complete as many 5K loops as possible in 6 hours- only complete laps count toward total distance. Make the challenge your own and see how far you go. You could go for 2 hours, push for 3+ or go all 6- it’s about challenging yourself, and maybe going farther than you’ve gone before…
STEP 2:
CHOOSE TO RUN OR RUCK
RUN: Run it like a traditional 5K, 10K, or 6 Hour Race. No weight- just run.
RUCK: 30lb (Men)/20lb (Women)
All Ruck weights are dry weight and do not include water. See below for more details on ruck standards and rules.
*Participants must choose Run or Ruck at registration. Divisions cannot be changed on race day.

Who is The Relentless Run & Ruck Challenge for?
The Relentless Run & Ruck Challenge is for runners/trail runners who want a simple, timed event, ruck athletes who want a legit course and standards, lifters/ CrossFitters/ HYROX/ hybrid/ functional fitness athletes who want a new challenge, walkers/hikers who want to be part of the fun, and anyone who wants to push themselves and have some fun.
All fitness levels are welcome - come push yourself and see what you’re capable of.

5K/10K: Ranked by fastest finish time
6-Hour Endurance Challenge: Ranked by total distance completed (ONLY COMPLETE LAPS COUNT) Tie breaker: final fastest complete lap.

Weight Rules & Approved Ruck Setup
Mandatory ruck weigh-in will take place before the start and at the finish line.
Men: 30lb, Women: 20lb
Required ruck weight must be non-consumable and non-wearable. No food, water, or clothing used as required weight
You can carry extra supplies (food, water, layers, etc.) Just know this counts as additional weight on top of the required division weight
Required weight must be carried on your back as a traditional ruck. Any backpack/ruck is acceptable. Plate carriers are NOT allowed
During the event you make take your ruck off, but you may not make any forward proress without your ruck on your back.
No sling bags or duffel bags
No trekking poles allowed

Yes - there’s a big jump from the 10K to the 6-hour challenge. But the 6-hour event is about challenging yourself.
You can: go for 2 hours, push for 3, see if you can make it to 4, or go for all 6 hours .
The goal is to challenge yourself, and for some- to strive go further than you’ve gone before.You can move at your pace. Take breaks if you need to. And keep going as long as you want/can.
That’s the spirit of the challenge.
This event is also about getting outside, working hard, pushing your limits, and supporting each other.
Challenge yourself- you may just find out you’re capable of more than you realize. -
The final schedule will be posted closer to the event, but here is the tentative race day schedule:
8am: 6 Hour Start
9:45am: 10k Start
10:00am: 5k Start -

Located at the Start/Finish, athletes will be able to setup their own personal area (bring your chairs, coolers, etc.)!
A great place for spectators to hang out and watch/cheer on athletes as they come through. -
Of course! Fully stocked aid stations with water, electrolytes, and snacks to fuel your effort.
