Relentless IQ → #24 [2026] →There’s enough good to go around.

Relentless IQ is your weekly dose of mental + physical performance.

Insight

Have an abundant mindset- believe that there's enough success, opportunity, goodwill, and good luck to go around.

It costs nothing to cheer someone on.
To send a message of support to a friend.
To say "good job" to someone you pass (or get passed by) running on the bike path.
To like and comment on a small business's social media.
To wish success upon your friends... and even your would-be rivals.

I think sometimes people act like someone else's success takes something away from them. Guess what- it doesn't. Someone else winning/being successful doesn't mean you can't win and be successful too.

In my life it actually feels like the opposite is often true- when people around us succeed, it raises the standard. It shows us what's possible, and that hard work can really pay off. And that fires me up.

So don't be a hater. Celebrate and encourage people. Give high fives, show some love.

This week, go out of your way to spread some good vibes.
There's enough good to go around.

Question

Who could you encourage, support or celebrate this week?

Workout

With a partner, one person working at a time:
100-80-60-40-20-10 Calories (Bike, Rower, Ski Erg, or Air Runner)
*After each set BOTH parters do 20 Walking Lunges and 10 Burpees

Coach’s Notes:

  • So for the calories only one person is working at a time, you may split it up however you would like. On the lunges/burpees BOTH partners must complete all of the work before moving back to the calories.
