Relentless IQ is your weekly dose of mental + physical performance.
Insight
A few weeks ago we started our Relentless X Impact RUNCLUB Summer Track Series… and it’s been awesome.
People of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels showing up to do something uncomfortable- together.
The reality is that most of the people who have shown up don’t consider themselves “runners.” But they know they want to run more. And they know it's a whole lot easier to do the work when other people are there doing it with you.
Numerous people have told me they were nervous to come- but so happy they did.
They showed up. Did the workout. Shared some laughs and some miles. And they left better than they came.
It has reminded me-
Sometimes the hardest part is just showing up.
And there’s magic in knowing you don’t have to do it alone.
Whether it’s running, starting a business, learning something new, or just getting through a rough patch in life-
Find people who care.
Do hard things together.
Enjoy the journey, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
Question
What hard thing would be easier if you didn’t do it alone?

“Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.” - Amy Poehler
Workout
With a partner, sharing work as desired:
100 Wall Balls
100 Calories (Bike, Ski, or Row)
100 Walking Lunges
100 Burpees
Coach’s Notes:
Share work as desired, one person working at a time.
You may sub out the machine calories for a 1600m run- still only one person working at a time. For example, alternate every 200m.
