Coaches Notes:

  • Do 50 calories, 50 wall balls, 30 walking lunges. Then 40 calories, 40 wall balls, 30 walking lunges. Keep going in this way until you’re done!

  • Total Reps in Workout: 150 Calories, 150 Wall Balls, 150 Walking Lunges

  • If you don’t have something that tracks calories, do 5-4-3-2-1 minutes of cardio of your choice

  • Go fast, take chances, don’t die. Or stay steady. Your choice.
