Coach’s Notes:

  • Push on the :30/:30s. Get a good warm up in so you can attack the 30 seconds, then recover and do it again!
    For the Sled Push OR Walking Lunges- the goal is just steady movement. Do not go too heavy or too fast. Whereas the :30/:30s were about pushing hard, this is about staying steady.
